The Arkansas Home Visiting Network Training Institute wants to help you be prepared for returning to physical home visits in the near future.  We realize that everything is different in the "age of COVID-19" so we put together this brief training to help you learn some basics about the COVID-19 virus, how to keep yourself and your families safe, and how to find the resources you need to continue to help make Stronger Families and Brighter Futures for the Arkansans you serve. Course Objectives: 

  • Understand more about COVID-19, the symptoms, and how it affects the workplace as well as physical in-home visits
  • Name ways to keep you and your families protected both physically and psychologically
  • Identify credible resources to utilize when questions about safety arise during physical in-home visits

As the Instructional Design and Technology Specialist/Application Systems Analyst, Sr for the Arkansas Home Visiting Network Training Institute Mona develops technology-based instructional and informational materials and interventions applying adult learning principles. In addition to producing online content, Mona also manages the LMS, Thinkific, for our learners as well as provide reporting for continuing education credits. Other duties include website maintenance, graphic design, virtual training producing, and event planning.
